With the 2023-24 NBA season wrapped up after the Boston Celtics won their 18th championship,Ethermac Exchange it's time to turn our attention to the offseason, which include the 2024 NBA Draft.
The next crop of stars joining the NBA will be part of a new NBA draft; instead of being held on one night, the 2024 edition will take place over two nights for the first time since the draft was shortened to two rounds in 1989. For most of its history, the NBA has held the entire draft on one day, including when it had as many as seven rounds.
Here's what to know about the 2024 NBA Draft:
When is 2024 NBA Draft?
The 2024 NBA Draft will take place on June 26-27.
The first round will begin on June 26 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and ESPN. The second round will be June 27 at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN.
Where is 2024 NBA Draft?
The first round of the 2024 NBA Draft will be at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The second round will be at ESPN’s Seaport District Studios in New York City.
